Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BlsAc.dll
2.Extract BlsAc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BlsAc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BlsAc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BlsAc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BlsAc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BlsAc.dll and press Enter.
