Using the zip or rar file
1.Download backupdb.dll
2.Extract backupdb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract backupdb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting backupdb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract backupdb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place backupdb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 backupdb.dll and press Enter.
