Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bbupdate.dll
2.Extract bbupdate.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bbupdate.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bbupdate.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bbupdate.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bbupdate.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bbupdate.dll and press Enter.
