Using the zip or rar file
1.Download blpblur.10.1105.dll
2.Extract blpblur.10.1105.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract blpblur.10.1105.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting blpblur.10.1105.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract blpblur.10.1105.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place blpblur.10.1105.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
