Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bregonig.dll
2.Extract bregonig.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bregonig.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bregonig.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bregonig.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bregonig.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bregonig.dll and press Enter.
