Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bsul.dll
2.Extract bsul.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bsul.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bsul.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bsul.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bsul.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bsul.dll and press Enter.
