Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bzpu.dll
2.Extract bzpu.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bzpu.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bzpu.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bzpu.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bzpu.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bzpu.dll and press Enter.
