Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BE2DBE.dll
2.Extract BE2DBE.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BE2DBE.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BE2DBE.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BE2DBE.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BE2DBE.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BE2DBE.dll and press Enter.
