Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BROWSER2UC.dll
2.Extract BROWSER2UC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BROWSER2UC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BROWSER2UC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BROWSER2UC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BROWSER2UC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BROWSER2UC.dll and press Enter.
