Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BW06BDBillT005BD.dll
2.Extract BW06BDBillT005BD.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BW06BDBillT005BD.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BW06BDBillT005BD.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BW06BDBillT005BD.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BW06BDBillT005BD.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
