Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BackupArchiveAPI.dll
2.Extract BackupArchiveAPI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BackupArchiveAPI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BackupArchiveAPI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BackupArchiveAPI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BackupArchiveAPI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BackupArchiveAPI.dll and press Enter.
