Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Base64Coding.dll
2.Extract Base64Coding.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Base64Coding.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Base64Coding.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Base64Coding.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Base64Coding.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Base64Coding.dll and press Enter.
