Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BuilderJABootstrap.dll
2.Extract BuilderJABootstrap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BuilderJABootstrap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BuilderJABootstrap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BuilderJABootstrap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BuilderJABootstrap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BuilderJABootstrap.dll and press Enter.
