Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bcbNoteDict2009.dll
2.Extract bcbNoteDict2009.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bcbNoteDict2009.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bcbNoteDict2009.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bcbNoteDict2009.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bcbNoteDict2009.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bcbNoteDict2009.dll and press Enter.
