Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bih4npin.dll
2.Extract bih4npin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bih4npin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bih4npin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bih4npin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bih4npin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bih4npin.dll and press Enter.
