Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bitarry.dll
2.Extract bitarry.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bitarry.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bitarry.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bitarry.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bitarry.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bitarry.dll and press Enter.
