Using the zip or rar file
1.Download blpQS.dll
2.Extract blpQS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract blpQS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting blpQS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract blpQS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place blpQS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 blpQS.dll and press Enter.
