Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bthcrpui.dll
2.Extract bthcrpui.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bthcrpui.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bthcrpui.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bthcrpui.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bthcrpui.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bthcrpui.dll and press Enter.
