Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BWHelper.dll
2.Extract BWHelper.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BWHelper.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BWHelper.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BWHelper.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BWHelper.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BWHelper.dll and press Enter.
