Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BackupManagerAgentServer.dll
2.Extract BackupManagerAgentServer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BackupManagerAgentServer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BackupManagerAgentServer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BackupManagerAgentServer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BackupManagerAgentServer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BackupManagerAgentServer.dll and press Enter.
