Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BestBuySoftwareInstaller.dll
2.Extract BestBuySoftwareInstaller.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BestBuySoftwareInstaller.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BestBuySoftwareInstaller.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BestBuySoftwareInstaller.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BestBuySoftwareInstaller.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BestBuySoftwareInstaller.dll and press Enter.
