Using the zip or rar file
1.Download b7BudgetCore.dll
2.Extract b7BudgetCore.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract b7BudgetCore.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting b7BudgetCore.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract b7BudgetCore.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place b7BudgetCore.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 b7BudgetCore.dll and press Enter.
