Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bf9profl.dll
2.Extract bf9profl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bf9profl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bf9profl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bf9profl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bf9profl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bf9profl.dll and press Enter.
