Using the zip or rar file
1.Download biowatcher.dll
2.Extract biowatcher.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract biowatcher.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting biowatcher.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract biowatcher.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place biowatcher.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 biowatcher.dll and press Enter.
