Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bjlIPC.dll
2.Extract bjlIPC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bjlIPC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bjlIPC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bjlIPC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bjlIPC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bjlIPC.dll and press Enter.
