Using the zip or rar file
1.Download blutok.dll
2.Extract blutok.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract blutok.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting blutok.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract blutok.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place blutok.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 blutok.dll and press Enter.
