Using the zip or rar file
1.Download brirl.dll
2.Extract brirl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract brirl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting brirl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract brirl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place brirl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 brirl.dll and press Enter.
