Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BCGCBPRO621u.dll
2.Extract BCGCBPRO621u.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BCGCBPRO621u.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BCGCBPRO621u.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BCGCBPRO621u.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BCGCBPRO621u.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
