Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Bluebird.CardReader.dll
2.Extract Bluebird.CardReader.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Bluebird.CardReader.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Bluebird.CardReader.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Bluebird.CardReader.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Bluebird.CardReader.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Bluebird.CardReader.dll and press Enter.
