Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BusyBarLib.dll
2.Extract BusyBarLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BusyBarLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BusyBarLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BusyBarLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BusyBarLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BusyBarLib.dll and press Enter.
