Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bdApi500wan.dll
2.Extract bdApi500wan.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bdApi500wan.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bdApi500wan.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bdApi500wan.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bdApi500wan.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bdApi500wan.dll and press Enter.
