Using the zip or rar file
1.Download be20ib.dll
2.Extract be20ib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract be20ib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting be20ib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract be20ib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place be20ib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 be20ib.dll and press Enter.
