Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bffpresb.dll
2.Extract bffpresb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bffpresb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bffpresb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bffpresb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bffpresb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bffpresb.dll and press Enter.
