Using the zip or rar file
1.Download brlmw03a.dll
2.Extract brlmw03a.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract brlmw03a.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting brlmw03a.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract brlmw03a.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place brlmw03a.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 brlmw03a.dll and press Enter.
