Using the zip or rar file
1.Download by30ctqq.dll
2.Extract by30ctqq.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract by30ctqq.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting by30ctqq.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract by30ctqq.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place by30ctqq.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 by30ctqq.dll and press Enter.
