Using the zip or rar file
1.Download byipl20v.dll
2.Extract byipl20v.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract byipl20v.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting byipl20v.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract byipl20v.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place byipl20v.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 byipl20v.dll and press Enter.
