Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BBpe4dDW.dll
2.Extract BBpe4dDW.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BBpe4dDW.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BBpe4dDW.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BBpe4dDW.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BBpe4dDW.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BBpe4dDW.dll and press Enter.
