Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BackGroudService.dll
2.Extract BackGroudService.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BackGroudService.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BackGroudService.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BackGroudService.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BackGroudService.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BackGroudService.dll and press Enter.
