Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaseTreeListDll.dll
2.Extract BaseTreeListDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaseTreeListDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaseTreeListDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaseTreeListDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaseTreeListDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaseTreeListDll.dll and press Enter.
