Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Bcsr36C.dll
2.Extract Bcsr36C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Bcsr36C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Bcsr36C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Bcsr36C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Bcsr36C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Bcsr36C.dll and press Enter.
