Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BizTalkObjectModel4MigLib.dll
2.Extract BizTalkObjectModel4MigLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BizTalkObjectModel4MigLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BizTalkObjectModel4MigLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BizTalkObjectModel4MigLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BizTalkObjectModel4MigLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BizTalkObjectModel4MigLib.dll and press Enter.
