Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BrUsi09c.dll
2.Extract BrUsi09c.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BrUsi09c.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BrUsi09c.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BrUsi09c.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BrUsi09c.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BrUsi09c.dll and press Enter.
