Using the zip or rar file
1.Download basprovmi.uno.dll
2.Extract basprovmi.uno.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract basprovmi.uno.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting basprovmi.uno.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract basprovmi.uno.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place basprovmi.uno.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 basprovmi.uno.dll and press Enter.
