Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bbcap.dll
2.Extract bbcap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bbcap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bbcap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bbcap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bbcap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bbcap.dll and press Enter.
