Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bmpvectorize.dll
2.Extract bmpvectorize.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bmpvectorize.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bmpvectorize.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bmpvectorize.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bmpvectorize.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bmpvectorize.dll and press Enter.
