Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BCMQ.dll
2.Extract BCMQ.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BCMQ.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BCMQ.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BCMQ.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BCMQ.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BCMQ.dll and press Enter.
