Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BatchFdPaychanges.dll
2.Extract BatchFdPaychanges.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BatchFdPaychanges.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BatchFdPaychanges.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BatchFdPaychanges.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BatchFdPaychanges.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BatchFdPaychanges.dll and press Enter.
