Using the zip or rar file 1.Download BmpDrawDLL.dll
2.Extract BmpDrawDLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BmpDrawDLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BmpDrawDLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BmpDrawDLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BmpDrawDLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BmpDrawDLL.dll and press Enter.
