Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BufferEngineer.dll
2.Extract BufferEngineer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BufferEngineer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BufferEngineer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BufferEngineer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BufferEngineer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BufferEngineer.dll and press Enter.
