Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bomb3ddispconmng.dll
2.Extract bomb3ddispconmng.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bomb3ddispconmng.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bomb3ddispconmng.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bomb3ddispconmng.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bomb3ddispconmng.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bomb3ddispconmng.dll and press Enter.
